1. Light Sensitivity
Sometimes just a little bit too much light in your eyes can cause you to have a horrible headache.This is especially bad if you are staring at a screen all day such as a computer or television. If this is what is causing your headache problems its as simple as cutting down on your electronic usage. Do this and see if that works for you. If not move on to the next one.
2.Dehydration
A lot of the time dehydration will be the culprit. If you can't drink your fair share of daily water you might be at a much higher risk of developing a migraine headache. So the answer to this is obviously simple. Drink some water! The end.
3.Not Enough Rest
Sleeping is a very important thing for you to do. Especially when you are pregnant. You must be getting your full eight hours if not more in the day. Take a nap here and there if you start to feel like you have a headache coming on. Just make sure that you are getting a decent amount of sleep. Not only is it good for you but the baby will benefit as well!
There you go, those three are the most common reasons why you would ever get a headache. The worst thing about them is that they are maxed out by ten because of the simple fact that you are pregnant.
